Howdens Alfreton - brilliant service

Howdens Alfreton - Simply Brilliant customer service. We fitted a kitchen around 3-4 years back. Recently the kitchen mixer tap started dripping & we needed new ceramic cartridges to repair. Howdens Alfreton sourced & supplied these for us. Happy Customers

Great after sales service from Howdens…

Great after sales service from Howdens Alfreton. Over 4 years after having my kitchen fitted one of the plastic waste bins split. I rang to request a replacement and they were only sold as a complete unit with all fittings at over £200. Ricky went to the trouble of contacting the suppliers who sent one replacement bin free of charge. Thanks very much.

Howdens are brilliant

Ash. Great guy very good at his job. Bent over backwards for us to get the price down. Without compromise on what we want. He did exactly this for us. We hope people see this and don’t mess around like we have for months to get the kitchen you want for the price you want. Howdens alfreton ash will help you all the staff we met on our visit we’re great people. They don’t try and sell you anything only interested in what your looking for. These are the people for your kitchen.

Lisa at Howdens in Alfreton has the best customer service skills we have ever experienced. She’s always friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her. She has a huge abundance of patience and understands customer requirements really well. The rest of the team at Howdens is also accommodating. Being very fussy customers, this has been a smooth, practically uneventful experience and so would recommend using Howdens at Alfreton if you’re thinking of putting in new kitchen.

The team at Alfreton Howdens always go above and beyond. Since Paul has took over and his team it has improved so much! Jodie and Ricky always serves me on the counter with a big smile on their faces! Always use Lisa for kitchens and i Wouldn't go anywhere else.
