Kitchen

After having shopped around for kitchens, I felt the service and quality of product provided by Howden's Clitheroe was by far the best value for money. The team were hospitable throughout the whole process, and a special mention should go to our sales representative (Phoebe) who was excellent. She made the process so enjoyable and I think we left with a deal that suited both parties. Her after-sales support was also very good and, to top things off, we came third in one of their competitions and won a night away in the lakes! If I was to be picky, I would say that delivery of the product could be improved. It was just a one man band, and the lack of packaging meant that the items were susceptible to damage. That aside, I thought the overall experience was excellent and I will definitely be using them again. Oh...and (as promised) we will make you proud and become 'Kitchen of the year 2024'! ;-)

Sales team fantastic

Sales team fantastic. Delivery driver damaged goods delivering had to change. Build quality very poor and at £19800 for kitchen expected far better.

Short delivery

There were a few changes with the order before the delivery took place and unfortunately one item was missed off. Luckily the joiners have enough to do, but just a little annoying when a delivery arrives short.
