Customer Service from a particular employee

I’ve had 10 weeks of hell with my kitchen for various reasons - not all because of Howdens but 10/10 for Dean in the Workington branch. He has gone above and beyond and has helped me sort/resolve things when he probably didn’t need to. He has sorted things where nobody else could. I gave him a hard time at times but he was always empathetic and professional. I can’t thank him enough. Top bloke !

Had a kitchen planned by Stevie

Had a kitchen planned by Stevie, he listened exactly to what I wanted and planned it out just as I wanted. Had a couple of little issues with an item that had not arrived on time but this was quickly sorted out .All the staff in Workington store are extremely helpful .

I bought a new kitchen from Howdens workington and all my designs and problems were met by my kitchen designer Rachel and all my problems during the installation were sorted by Dean so I was very happy with the service provided, great products and service please keep up the good work 👍 👏 🙌

new kitchen and joinery

had booked kitchen appointment in house as had own plans an measurements during october sale. Prices were difficult to negotiate and seemed quite high. Eventually got prices nearer to what seemed more reasonable as have dealt with Howdens for 10 years and normally in October the deals are a lot better. The lamona range of appliances seem quite high in price even against more branded appliances elsewhere.
