Im not usually one to leave a review…

Im not usually one to leave a review but after visiting quite a few kitchen shops and having such a different experience with howdens Im hoping my review will help others as initially we struggled knowing where to start. One of the lovely kitchen designers shannan looked after us and was just a ray of sunshine to say the least. Before we went into howdens we found other kitchen shops very pushy and rushed but our experience with here couldn’t have been further than that. Shannan couldn’t have been any more helpful, kind and patient throughout and our kitchen is now our favourite room in the house.

I was told the item would be saved…

I was told the item would be saved because the Eastbourne store was going to ring ahead and save it. This didn't happen, although the product was in stock and available.

So pleased that we now a our own local Howdens depot .Leven. Great service, staff ever so helpful and give best advice on products available. We recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens and the customer service was exceptional from the moment we entered the shop. Liam in Tralee went out of his way in getting our plan finalised to our satisfaction from contacting us out of his working hours to calling to our property. We can't wait to see our kitchen come together and get fitted. We will definitely recommend Howdens and will be purchasing from them again!
