Planning for a new kitchen

Tom the kitchen designer was absolutely excellent. He was professional and explained everything in a step by step way giving me plenty of time to lookband think and giving me options. The whole idea of having a new kitchen would have been nerve-wracking but thanks to Tom it was a very pleasant and enjoyable process.

Great choice of kitchen design & product

Howdens came on recommendation and I have to say that Tom Shaw (Bedford branch - DE69 designer) was amazing! Always positive and professional, he continued to show great customer service, attention and patience with me over my kitchen design choices. Payment was clearly explained and always supportive. Tom also suggested we went to the Expo in Northants and that made a big difference to choice & design 👍 My whole experience of Tom and Howdens is worth 5 stars with absolute yes 👏 💯

For the best new Kitchen design see Tom Shaw at Howdens Elm Farm branch.

From the point we were visited by Tom Shaw of the Howdens Bedford branch, he listened to our requirements and guided us with ideas and suggestions. Following the visit he provided us with 3D graphics that was so life like it was our kitchen with new units - fantastic. Tom is a professional who displays empathy, clarity and I would recommend him to any prospective buyer. The Howdens kitchen range is full of variety and quality. The Raunds display showroom is a must see.

Excellent service

I have used Howdens Elms Farm for many years as both a trade customer and for personal projects, on this occasion it was my own kitchen after an extension. Tom Shaw has seen through the plans from start to finish and seen and spoken with us several times making various changes, without complaint! Always happy to help, make suggestions and keep the cost down. Thank you also to Helen for helping to finalise our order, we are really happy with the service we always receive from Howdens and would never hesitate to recommend them to both customers and family and friends.

My new Howdens kitchen is amazing

My new Howdens kitchen is amazing - I love it - reed green Chilcomb. Absolutely delighted. I want to say special thanks to Tom Shaw. We wanted to keep our existing black granite worktop, and he did a fantastic job designing the units to fit in with this request, which wasn't at all straightforward. He was super-helpful, proactive and really imaginative, with great ideas. Loads more space than I was expecting and it looks wonderful.
