Good and BAD

The design team are lovely No communication about delivery times, phoned me when delivery driver at door. He didn't have a colleague to help him. Items were missing from delivey so my fitter had to make multiple trips back to shop to sort out delaying the installation

I always deal with the Chesterfield (Whittington) branch and wouldn’t shop anywhere else. The staff are always helpful and friendly and I’ve always found them knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have the items I need either in stock, or available the next day. I can send my customers to this depot with full confidence that they will be looked after and that they will receive top class service!

This is our second kitchen/ utility…

SUNNYBANK This is our second kitchen/ utility from Howdens. Darren and the team @ Haslands have gone above and beyond to make sure that from start to finish we had the usual excellent 5 star service. Planning door colours & styles handles worktops and taps everything covered so to give seamless delivery for our fitters Alan & James. We have been advised but not pressured at every plan change colour and beyond to make this as stress free as possible for us.We found our previous kitchen/utility (different property) excellent quality and would not have considered Howdens again if this wasn’t the case it has with stood the rigours of family use and still looks 5 stars nearly 6 years later. We can honestly say this time we didn’t look anywhere else. With many thanks to Darren for his help from the start Andy answering our random questions when Darren was busy and Jackie for her input on doors

Rubbish, and even worse customer service

Terrible experience from the Whittington Moor, Chesterfield branch. The kitchen designer completely miss measured the kitchen meaning our cabinets would have been blocking doors. He has then come over to remeasure (no apology I may add) and redesigned the kitchen, we have requested multiple times for a mock up, images or list of items, he has ignored it. They then ended up sending some of the wrong items anyway which we have had to send back.

Wonderful service attention to detail…

Wonderful service attention to detail from our kitchen planner Darren @ the Hasland branch of Howdens. His help has been second to none with practical design choice of colours and style. Nothing has been to much trouble for them in sorting our awkward size & shape kitchen This is our second kitchen from Howdens 5stars all the way to them and Darren Thank you
