As an Account Holder in Gillinghan Dorsey I understood that an offer of either a 50% discount or a Buy-one-get-one-free was available on all new bedroom furniture until last Saturday I spent circa £4000 in the Redruth Branch last Saturday morning only to be advised that this offer did not apply to all Howdens Branches!! If I could rate a zero I would

If I could rate a zero I would, having originally ordered a ceramic sink, tap, work top oil and three solid oak worktops which were paid for last Tuesday to be delivered to site today in Warminster as arranged and paid for , i called depot up at Lunchtime to ask what time my delivery was arriving and nothing was scheduled to be delivered at all, i had to leave the job immediately travel to Gillingham and collect my stuff. Not happy communication is non existent, and when I complained to staff it was totally ignored and not even an apology.

Old cottage new kitchen

The latest kitchen was going to be extremely awkward because of the age of the property and the shape,with a lot of measuring and double checking between Howdens and myself the customer has the kitchen they were wishing for.
