GREAT SERVICE FROM THE HAYES TEAM Not only was the oven great value for money, but it also came with a 3 year warranty. My customer was over the moon when I told her it was not a standard 12 month warranty but 36 months of peace of mind, she was ecstatic. And if you think that is great, the service provided by the professional team at Howdens in Hayes is always exceptional. You will always be greeted with a smile and professionalism. A big pat on the back to Harmeet, Gagan, Damon and all the warehouse staff. I put this review on the email I got asking for feedback for the oven and this got rejected why? Please send my £50 to my account. Thanks

Recently purchased a kitchen with Harmeet at Howdens Hayes

We've recently designed and purchased our kitchen through Harmeet at Howdens. Harmeet has been very welcoming, charming and very helpful in getting our vision from paper drawings into our final dream kitchen. We've visited her several times from design to final order to raise questions and make changes and at all times Harmeet helped us resolve our queries and doubts. She also gave us guidance and advise on the best options in terms of design as well as appliances. It almost felt like we were talking to a close Family friend. A lot of fun and laughter through the whole process. We are truly grateful to have worked with her on our kitchen. What we really liked is the fact that we were able to complete the design and get our kitchen delivered all within 7 days which for us was a very quick turn around time. All we had to provide was the exact measurements of our kitchen and some of the must have items in our design. Thank you so much Harmeet and we cannot wait to complete further kitchens for our future property portfolio.

I’ve just purchased a kitchen from Howdens and from the start I was promised a case of beer if I got a survey Then I was promised a screw pack,then if I purchased the kitchen over £4500 I actually spent double that I would get free Dewalt power Tool once I’ve purchased the kitchen. I asked about any of the items I was going to get free. I was told no sorry I’ve done you a good deal on the kitchen, that’s the best I can do. I don’t feel it’s professional or fair to dangle a carrot and not follow through on it. I spent a decent amount on the kitchen and I’m pleased with the quality, but everything else… not so much.

We recently bought our new kitchen from the Hayes, Middlesex branch and we are over the moon with it. Howdens Hayes made the process very easy, from the design, which maximised the space we have (our kitchen is very small) to the ordering and collection of the kitchen. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, which expedited the design process. They gave us advice the maximise the space and practicality of our new kitchen. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The quality of the kitchen is also superb, and the extra storage space has really changed our lives and it looks so much neater and more modern with the tall wall cabinets. All in all very happy customers, who would not hesitate in returning for our next kitchen! Thank you so much Howdens Hayes.
