I’ve had mixed experiences with Howdens…

I’ve had mixed experiences with Howdens Honiton. The staff is polite, helpful, and efficient, making sourcing and delivery smooth. However, their account policies seem unreasonably strict, risking losing loyal customers. The products and offers are decent, but better flexibility would be appreciated to strengthen customer relations. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.

We recently purchased and kitchen and…

We recently purchased a kitchen and appliances from Howdens Honiton. The designer Stephen was very helpful and suggested some innovative ideas for our slightly unusually shaped kitchen. The kitchen is in the process of being fitted, it is well built and good quality. Definitely use them again for other rooms. Michael

Coming back to the Honiton Store after…

Coming back to the Honiton Store after a few years absence I was very pleased to find the same high level of customer care and support from everyone we had dealings with. Guidance, recommendations and a fair degree of patience with me were all in evidence. Pricing was competitive and timely delivery to site very much appreciated. Howdens Honiton are very much my go to location for Kitchens.

Generally a great service
