Fantastic customer service every time

As an interior designer I have used Howdens for many of my projects. The Hornsey depot is close to my business so very easy to pop in and take a look at the kitchens they have on show and all the difference door finishes, splashbacks, worktops, flooring etc.. Dee is my main contact here and is extremely competent in helping with my designs, answering my questions and sending over quotes in a timely manner. I trust him implicitly and we work very well together. The entire Hornsey team are wonderful. They always go the extra mile to help out and make me feel welcome every time I visit. I really cannot rate them highly enough. To top it all, my clients (of varying budgets) have been thrilled with their kitchens.

We love our new kitchen!

Sav Paphitis came personally to see our kitchen, take measurements and discuss what we wanted. Soon afterwards he sent a computer generated image of what our kitchen would look like. The delivery of the kitchen fixtures from the Hornsey depot arrived promptly and we were especially pleased with our Fireclay sink. (We ordered Clerkenwell white cupboards as we have a small space.) Our kitchen is now a joy to use. The Bosche microwave, hob and grill work perfectly. As does the Bosch washing machine. We are blissfully happy. Thank you Sav and all the couriers and staff at the Hornsey Depot!

From understanding our very specific needs for a fully accessible kitchen and designing it with all our requirements in mind. Great design from Deepesh at the Hornsey branch.. Looked at a number of designs over last few months but Deepesh's was by far the best. Everything delivered in good time as agreed in good condition as expected.

Great service from Deepesh and the Hornsey depot. He has designed and supplied two kitchens for us recently . We were very happy with the service and quality of the kitchens. Deepesh always responded quickly to questions and we are delighted with the end products- they look great!!!

we purchased our kitchen from Howdens in Hornsey and was delighted with the process from start to finish. My kitchen designer Deepesh Makwana was incredibly helpful and dedicated a lot of time to helping us find our dream kitchen. Especially as the colour we chose was totally new and there were no displays of this kitchen. Deepesh ordered a number of samples and did countless designs to make us feel totally comfortable with the purchase. furthermore the kitchen was competitively priced and delivered with no issues at all.

Deepesh is highly dilligent in his work, very efficient and consisitently devliers on time both practical and stylish kitchen designs which make really good use of space. Deepesh also has great solutions for project challenges and facilitates these swiftly. Highly recommended.

Deepesh from the Hornsey depot has been a fantastic help throughout! He helped us design our perfect kitchen, gave us lots of tips, was always available to answer questions and delivered everything as promised. We also bought oak doors and handles/locks and they look great. Thanks for all your help!

I am a total novice

Delighted with my new kitchen

Delighted with my new kitchen. Outstanding work and advice from Deepesh. He is a speed demon. Very thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole process was super easy and enjoyable from the beginning. The quote was much better than the others I got including Magnet, and the quality and design in my view is better. (eg. solid wood cupboards versus MDF, thicker worktop etc). Thanks to Danny also for the initial intro.

Excellent experience of buying a new kitchen at Howdens Hornsey. Nick came up with a great design from our suggestions and helped us make the various choices.
