Order incorrect!

Quote was wrong as all handles were missing from my purchase of five doors yet only one handle was I included and ifld sent a quotation off another merchants so all yous had to do is copy it. Therefore the total of the bill went up due to howdens mistake. Very simple task to copy a quation yet got it totally wrong and it cost me personally out of my labour for your employee mistake. Not impressed.

4 deliveries before order complete had…disappointed

4 deliveries before order complete had to go for last parts from missing doors to missing legs, bit disappointed, could do better i'm sure.

Absolutely fed up with Howdens accounts…

Absolutely fed up with Howdens accounts department ,the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing , to the extent I am going to close my account now after 20+ years and cancel an order of nearly £20000 for my sons kitchen . So stick this on your trust pilot Disgraceful, but always it will fall on deaf ears 😡

Prices are to high with competitors, always pricing products high it’s business that’s supposed to be supply to the trade! If the General public can buy same products locally, how can the trade person buy from you then sell to the customer ?

Absolutely shocking treatment of a…

Absolutely shocking treatment of a customer of more than 20 years who may I add has spent thousands of pounds in your store over the years . I went in last week to purchase some extra items for a kitchen I had bought and fitted a couple years ago to be told my account had been closed because I hadn’t used it for a while. I then had to wait about for an hour while I had a new account set up . I was standing about in the shop feeling like a common criminal. Not the normal way to treat a valued customer ( Howdens words when they are trying to make a sale )
