Disappointing, waste of my time!

We hadn't used your particular store in Sutton but set up the account originally in lieu of kitchen ar bedroom orders through our new business. It turns out most folks have already purchased the goods before asking us to fit them. Hence we only used Howdens a couple of times but from other stores nearer to particular jobs and paid cash upon pick up. We got a message that our account with you had lapsed due to lack of activity, but if we re opened it again we would not only have access to your products and prices ,but would receive a free 4 level set. So I took time out to come in and do this re opening of the account but have so far received nothing and had to call up a help number as the account was frozen and sort that out. This was 10th February and its now the 22nd of March. We have since made a purchase from Howdens but from Alfreton instead who alerted us to the account issue after we couldn't access prices on line. It's not just the not getting the freebie level set, it's also all the other hassle with the account and taking time to come in specially to sort stuff out that has irked me. And the fact, I have messages to prove that Jonny said he'd drop the levels in and didn't ,otherwise I would have been in and ordered the doors through your branch rather than my now preferred branches in Alfreton and Birdholme. Hope Jonny got his sign up commission!

Kitchen did not fit been measured wrong…

Kitchen did not fit been measured wrong some of off the materials was not square and worktops was bowed, didn't knock the VAT off but if I had gone to chesterfield they would but I already paid for the kitchen at Sutton-in-Ashfield that same week when offer came in post but they would not do anything about it I was £800.00 down and I had I kitchen fitter stood about for two days because the kitchen did not fit and cost me £400 nightmare experience

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish, Katie, Ricky, Andy, Will and Adam are the team I dealt with and they couldn’t be more helpful, they are all an asset to Howdens. The quality of my kitchen is perfect as was the finished kitchen. I’m very very happy and would definitely have them again, thank you all !!
