What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to use your online trade account to instantly check stock online for thousands of products at your nearest depot. Connecting our depots with your online account makes checking stock in any of our depots easy and instant. We will show you just how much is available, as well as your confidential trade prices and discounts.

How to place online orders

Through Click & Collect you can add products to a basket and request from any depot nationwide, at a time that is convenient for you. After selecting the quantity you need, just tell us when you need it, and we will show you real time stock availability. Simply add products, view your basket, and follow the steps to finish your order.

How to collect your order

Once you’ve placed your Click & Collect order, your local depot will confirm when it is ready to pick up. Simply show the QR code in the Trade App to check in at the counter and collect your order. You will also be able to view the invoice for the order in our Online Trade Account.

Available for all online trade accounts

This service is available to all existing trade account holders who have activated their Online Trade Account Login. To register, you need your account number and the email address associated with your account. Once set up, you simply log in to your trade account, and browse the website in the usual way to see local stock and your confidential trade prices, as well as place Click & Collect orders.
