The people Rob Dave and Mal are very friendly and helpful; the delivery driver was a very pleasant chap so overall a very pleasing experience My only complaint is that the quoted price which I accepted was increased when I received the invoice after delivery. It was only £30 or so but I do think that notification would have been businesslike

Stay away from there Rigid Luxury Vinyl click flooring, the guarantee is totally worthless and full of lies. Laid 40 boxes on my ground floor 11 months ago, its already full of scratches. There comeback " Good morning, Thank you for your email, Looking at the images supplied we can see that the flooring has been fully installed, we would assume from this that there were no issues raised during the installation process. This would indicate that the flooring is being affected onsite, we do not believe this to be a quality issue with the flooring. We believe this is a result of damage through maintenance/use. Although it is hard wearing it is not scratch proof and can still become damaged, for example furniture dragging across the surface can create scratches. With this flooring it is important that protective pads are used under furniture legs and that heavy furniture is not dragged across the surface. It is also suggested that mats are used at entry points to restrict the amount of grit and dirt being walked across the flooring as this can also cause the surface to scratch. We do not believe the damage seen to be a result of a manufacturing fault with the surface, we believe multiple boards have become accidentally damaged onsite over the time that they have been installed.
