We have recently purchased our kitchen from the Swansea Plasmarl depot and from start to finish the service has been excellent! We dealt with Paul, who was so accommodating, answering every email promptly and making us feel that nothing was too much trouble! Thanks again Paul! Called into southend branch, and spoke to Colin , he was very helpful tracking down a a breakfast bar top that had been discontinued. My customer had there kitchen supply 7 years ago, and wanted a island to match , and all worked out perfectly. Colin manage to get all the units & top in warehouse the following week. Such a fantastic friendly and professional service. It's the second time we have used Howdens and I would highly recommend using the Tavistock branch enough though we live in Plymouth. On both occasions we have used Dougie who supported us to plan our kitchen and came around to the house to help plan the kitchen. We had another meeting at the office to discuss the cost and review the plans as needed. Dougie came up with great ideas around our budget without the hard sell. He listened and gave us all the time we needed as we changed our minds several times with colours and ideas without pressure. We are so happy with the finished high quality kitchen on a budget.
