Overall I found the staff extremely…
Overall I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly however after telling them I was coming in at certain time they said to me my order would be ready and it was at least 20 minutes before they gathered it. I then said to them that my client would come back and pick up the rest of the items and once again I told the staff members two of them that my client would be in just around 4 pm. My client arrived and they had no recollection who are what it was for. It also took me an age to get to sign in on my account even calling from the store. They couldn’t sort it out for me but all in all I’ve always found Howdens to be efficient. This will not determine me from using them in the future.

We used Howdens for our first home
We used Howdens for our first home, which was a huge decision for us, and we wanted to be confident we were making the right choices. Adam from the Winchester branch was absolutely amazing from start to finish and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. His knowledge is second to none, and he thought of every little detail we wouldn’t have considered ourselves. He really made us feel comfortable and supported throughout. A big thank you to Adam and the whole team — we will definitely be using Howdens again for future projects.
