I ordered my kitchen from Howdens…
I ordered my kitchen from Howdens Stourbridge, I was recommended a fitter who never even turned up, not a good start! The kitchen was delivered and once it was in the process of being fitted it became apparent that stuff was missing, damaged and some of it wasn't even my order!! Over the course of many weeks I had to go there possibly fifteen times to sort out these problems. I spoke to the two best blokes over these visits on the front desk John and Dean, they helped me every time, they replaced damaged items, ordered missing items gave me advice etc. The thing that really impressed me was that they never doubted my word, never questioned me but instead just helped me. It would be really good if this was drawn to the attention of the store manager and he recognises how good they are with customers, for me they went above and beyond, both knowledgeable and professional and a great attitude to customers. I have given a five star review only because of these two....thank you John and Dean
