Cara at the Aviemore design studio was fantastic. Exceptionally responsive and skilled in creating our small kitchen upgrade design. She was knowledgable in every aspect of the products and we felt listened to and looked after. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Absolutely amazing team at Howdens…
Absolutely amazing team at Howdens Aviemore they went way beyond. Rental house, broken 5 ring induction hob,children arriving to their new home from 500 miles away and its late Friday. The Howdens team searched out a hob in Nairn then had it couriered to Aviemore and then even offered to drop it off at the house……and gave me my full trade discount. What a great team they are all brilliant so nice to get customer service like this.

Called the store a couple of times only to be put on hold in an endless loop or for the person on the phone to hang up immediately. I understand they can be busy at times but a quick two second message to say so would be nice.

Aviemore Howdens could show other branches how to do it!!
The Aviemore Howdens team are a joy to deal with compared to other Howden branches who are not interested and wouldn’t even come to do a site measure in the Carluke area when I dealt with them there. The Aviemore team couldn’t be any nicer,efficient, knew the products and is a credit to Howdens. I’d stopped using Howdens recently because of other branches non interest. But the girl called Farron who runs Aviemore seems to be on the ball as does them all at that branch!
