Brentford branch were so helpful and friendly

Brentford branch were so helpful - especially Laura! Needed to buy a small cupboard to add to the kitchen we bought from them 4 years ago. Although our order was on the old system, Laura took time after our phone call to find the order, then emailed us with the correct details and helped us with the additional cupboard when we went to the branch. Maybe it doesn’t sound much, but the fact that she bothered and was interested in ensuring we got what we needed was really special! Not often the retail experience these days sadly. All the branch staff were really helpful and polite - another shout out to the young man fulfilling the orders from the warehouse - polite, smiley, efficient. Would always recommend howdens Brentford!!

Helpful staff

Helpful staff, Harpreet from Brentford office was very accommodating and professional .Howdens does not do detailed measurements for plumbing pipes etc so some adjustments were made by my fitters but overall, happy with the service I received.

An excellent kitchen design planning…

An excellent kitchen design planning service, prompt coordination to make measurements, fitting appointments and easy follow ups to review designs. Howdens have a wide choice of kitchen styles, but limited in colour ranges for modern styles. All to a very reasonable cost. Daria a highly professional 3D kitchen Consultant, was able to provide a very specific kitchen design to accommodate our needs and help making decisions. I would highly recommend Daria and the Howdens Team for your project

Disappointed architect

ordered a Kitchen from Howdens Brentford. Design side of it went well. Delivered to site for our contractors to fit. Several items missing. Several weeks later we get a response and request for payment for the items missing? Today my contractor is driving to Batttersea to pick up missing item because Howdens have no driver available...........I'll think twice about recommending a Howdens Kitchen on my next project

Very friendly staff and nothing is too much of a problem, All very easy pick your kitchen get and agree the design with so many options of good quality kitchens there is a great choice, Order, pay and get same day or next day delivery, Plus have many offers
