Wrongly measured. Assumed door opening was central which it wasn't.

Mis measured so we had to have a stud wall built and a door fitted. No room for cornicing and a half a day cost for our fitter to cut out round our coving.

Today was a day where my belief in mankind was reset, just as you think that no one cares anymore and service is a thing of the past. I suggest you go to Howdens in Farwig Lane Bromley, where the service I received today was beyond and above anything I’ve experienced in a very long time. The front panel on my kitchen drawer came away from the base unit, and the brackets which held it together were broken - as the kitchen is over 10 years old and not a Howden’s kitchen I had little expectations that the drawer could be repaired. I showed it to the staff at the Farwig Lane Bromley branch who were extremely helpful and looked at what they could do to repair it. They found appropriate brackets and then proceeded to help me fix the drawer in the store. Thank you to all the staff at the Howden’s Farwig Lane Bromley, I will definitely be using you again and will highly recommend you to all my friends and family.

Amazing service and team

I recently purchased a kitchen from Howden and the experience has been amazing. I must say Ellie, manager, and Steph was amazing through out the process and have been a great listener. They both went above and beyond to ensure everything was right, offering valuable service and making the entire service stress-free. Excellent communication and customer focused. I highly recommend Howden ( and Ellie as well as Steph) to anyone looking for exceptional service and who understands as a customer where they are coming from. Allowed me to ask as many questions and make as many changes as needed. Provided flexibility in terms of in store and online meetings around my schedule which was so helpful.
