helpful front desk staff
I needed to order some doors to be delivered 220 miles away, the extremely helpful staff in Carmarthen sorted it all for me, the doors were delivered promptly, with no problems at all. I have spent quite a bit of money in this branch over the last few years and i’ve always been well looked after.

Was looking for a specific size fascia…
Was looking for a specific size fascia that wasn’t in production but accepted a a larger one that I could cut down to suit. Unbeknown to me there was a spray paint they do just for this case. Relieved I’d not have to trawl decorator supplies for a match. Staff were extremely helpful !!

Issac was fantastic
Issac was fantastic. really patient with our design. we went back 4 times with changes and nothing was ever an issue. in fact Issac was really helpful with suggestions of design and colour etc. The design was sent to us in full colour with lots of views so we had a great idea of the design. Once we agreed on design and price we paid. delivery was next day. Howdens are just down the road with loads of stock so if we need to change or add to our kitchen we can just stop by. Really great experience at Carmarthen store. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful. Definitely recommend. Many Thanks

Great staff / designer at Carmarthen is…
Great staff / designer at Carmarthen is really good and knows the products inside out. Only minus point - beyond their control - is the complexity of the assembly instructions and the confusing templates. Not looking forward! But the quality of the cabinets and fittings is extremely good. Much much better than Magnet…
