Terrible service

The most disappointing service we've received in 24 years of trading. The "kitchen designer" made some appalling errors with the design, which was not actually physically possible to build. Plenty of components missing/damaged or incorrect style/colour. This was clearly a case of meeting a sales target rather than providing the client with a professionally designed kitchen. Anyone looking to have a kitchen designed should speak to Andrea at the Salisbury branch, there you will work with an experienced & professional designer/planner. I'm hoping the manager calls me to discuss the matter further.

Professional and friendly

A very professional and friendly service. The ability to work with designers and their knowledge to help design our kitchen was invaluable and has helped negate issues further down the line. A highly recommended business for all your kitchen needs. The staff at the Devizes were fabulous and went the extra mile.

The experience was great & Charlotte very helpful & efficient with planning & ordering. Order arrived on time. The units have not yet been fitted but look as if all the bits & bobs are there!. Nicely presented.

They listened and advised/helped and always willing look into things for us and help. I must say your Lamona LAM2305 extractor and the way it fits into the wall unit is poor to say the least , you need to revise this with a all in one built in unit allowing enough space at the wall to tile up to and still be able to remove the cover and provide a slower low speed as it is also very noisy, our old unit, over twenty years old would knock spots off of yours and an all in one unit. No butchering a carcass to enable the unit to fit. DEFINITELY not impressed with yours. You need to up your game with this awful product/design. Zero out of ten for this I am afraid. Other than that all ok but very disappointed with the extract fan, I am ducting it to outside and I did it correctly, retired incorporated engineer. Hope this helps but please look at redesigning you rubbish fan unit Derek
