Best Howdens branch without a doubt!

As a fitter Howdens Dronfield are my go to kitchen supply company, all staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Any issues during a fit are sorted same day or next day generally which keeps the job on schedule and running smoothly, where as other kitchen suppliers I’ve encountered before can take days and days to replace any items causing big problems on job schedules. My most recent fit was supplied by first Marcus and then Travis both super helpful and nothing a problem at all, Travis kept in touch throughout the job making sure everything was going to plan, any questions I had he was literally on the end of the phone and nothing was an issue. My customer was very unsure on colours and style of kitchen which resulted in many visits to the showroom, she commented saying everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. I’ll be straight back to the branch for my next kitchen refit without a doubt👍🏻

Fantastic Service & Help

Came to look through some kitchen products and was very helpfully shown round by Travis. Great service & experience - Travis’ product knowledge was great and he explained things in a fantastic manner. Would absolutely recommend using the Dronfield Howdens branch.

Customer service

The initial sales meeting was very dismissive with poor customer service. I went to the Chesterfield branch on a friend’s recommendation and had a much better experience. I was shown the product range and offered alternatives. This swayed me to reconsider buying from Howdens but I was asked to give Dronfield another chance The manager contacted me for a meeting where he provided the appropriate customer service and support resulting in my full kitchen purchase and opening an account for future purchases.

Was served immediately on my arrival. Short waiting time for my products and an extremely friendly manner from all the members of staff at this branch. Will definitely be using Howdens - Dronfield again 👍🏻

So someone came out on the 22nd October…

So someone came out on the 22nd October to help design a bedroom and have had no communication since iv messaged a couple of times regarding the design but had no response at all and now we have missed out on the sale which has now finished!!!!!! Very disappointed with the service.

New oven

A new Lamona fan oven with grill . Purchased to replace a previous Lamona oven that was damaged in a rental property . Painless installation . Out with the old in with the new in under two hours from collection from Howdens Dronfield to install in Woodseats , Sheffield . Bargain !
