The fact that howdens were trade only.Dont agree with new policies that my customers have to put a deposit on a kitchen even before I get plans.I have always recommended Howdens and have had an account for over 20 yrs.Now I feel I'm not the priority. Feel very embarrassed going to price kitchens off a picture related to their kitchen

Excellent service
Excellent service again from Howdens. Been using for over 20 years. Wouldn't buy a kitchen from anywhere else. Design service is impeccable. Mike was spot on to the millimeter. Excellent price too.

BEWARE HOWDENS DUNFERMLINE
Bought flooring for a garage/office which then began to move, rise and split. Howdens sent out a members of staff with local depot HOWDENS DUNFERMLINE offering a full refund. Correspondence and communication was overall poor, promises to call you back but didnt etc. Then the offer of full refund was withdrawn, offer of boxes of additional flooring instead. Then refusal to accept liability and telling the customer to organise independent review of flooring etc. I guess the true cabilier of any company is how they deal with issues when things go wrong and HOWDENS DUNFERMLINE have continually changed the goal posts/offering refunds in writing then withdrawing them. Now having to take them TO COURT to get the refund they promised. So please BEWARE HOWDENS DUNFERMLINE, if things go wrong these guys really do not want to help. We have a former joiner now employed in our branch, and he has suggested going for a Rigid click vinyl flooring. If you are using an office chair on wheels then this may be a better option.
