Decent experience overall at Howdens…

Decent experience overall at Howdens Fakenham. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the kitchen displays and samples were helpful. While the service stands out, it’s not exceptional enough to go out of my way again considering the inconvenience and extra cost of traveling to this branch. Solid, but room for improvement.

A good experience

I went to the store on a find out as much as I could before deciding on a kitchen Richard was wonderful. He never hurried me and answered all my questions. He could not have been more helpful and definitely deserves promotion. I spent an hour or so there and never felt pressured into buying. I did not go with Howdens in the end as my kitchen measurements require odd sized units and other complications. Go and find him experienced ,patient and Calm!
