Oustanding Experience with Howdens

Our experience with Howdens for our new kitchen has been outstanding. Emma was really helpful in creating a kitchen with the ideal layout, listening to what we wanted but also giving her expertise input to make the kitchen the best it could be for a really fair price too. We have been pleased with the service from start to end and the quality of our kitchen, and we are now enjoying our new space!

I needed a set of taps for an elderly…

I needed a set of taps for an elderly customer. I took the customer into your Farnborough store to select the ones she wanted. As always, the staff were welcoming and aware of how to discuss the tap options with my client explaining pros and cons in layman’s terms so the client was put at ease and not made to feel be little because of her lack of knowledge. Although this time it was only a set of taps, I receive the same service when buying a kitchen. The person serving me was Karen and she is a true credit to your organisation. I can happily say all of the staff from management down to the store room staff, everyone shows a genuine will to be helpful. Thank you very much.
