Sales man is an Asset to the Co

The salesman made the experience amazing from start to finish - He had designed 2 of my friends kitchens so his reputation went before him. I went to Wikes and Wren but neither could outdo Howdens on Quality, choice or customer service. Even when there was a little mix up, Mark managed it in speedy time and it did not impact my time or fitting in any way.

Good stock, shame about the business model

Reasonable quality products, good stock levels and quick delivery. A bit let down by opaque pricing and poor access to account information. Edit 12/3/24 - accounts have been in touch and sorted out issues with account info on the app.

I recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the delivery was delayed, and when the items finally arrived, some crucial pieces were missing. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the salesman for assistance, it took an unreasonable amount of time to get a response. Additionally, when I had queries regarding the installation process, the lack of customer care was evident. Overall, I’m deeply disappointed with the level of service and communication from Howdens.

Fabulous service from Hayley Armstrong…

Fabulous service from Hayley Armstrong and her designer at Howdens in Garstang. The whole experience was fast and pain free. We went to the showroom and had help and advice about the style of kitchen best for us. The design and delivery of the kitchen was all done in no time and is excellent quality and just perfect. I just wish there was an option to add photos!! Highly recommend

Items not delivered on time

Items not delivered on time. I was told everything would arrive in one go, only once we checked all the boxes we realised only half the order had been sent with no phone call or email from the branch. After following up we were given a delivery date (5 days on) which has now passed and we are still waiting with a half built kitchen!
