Wendy the designer was absolutely outstanding, she designed our kitchen better than we ever thought we could have..and Joe sharp an outstanding kitchen fitter...his attention to detail was spot on... Lack of consistency in communication

I recently had a kitchen from howdens. The kitchen looks good but the service was average. Firstly after my designer Luke visited he never emailed me back the design l had to chase him and didn't communicate there was something wrong with my builders account However once we got the account sorted l approved the design and paid and the builders were going to be in contact once the plaster was finished but we had x3 attempts to try to deliver the kitchen when the builders had not called to say they were ready. Once the kitchen was installed l had lost some pace in the corner when l asked Luke he send me a different design with a carasoel corner which he had never send in the original design.And we had a few missing items handel knobs and end panel for the carbinet . Overall my experience was not great dealing with hainult howdens.

Customer service 5 star

The manager is fantastic. Customer service 5 star. Lilly is very helpful, as is all the team. I have had 15+ years working with howdens. The guys are very quick, very efficient and very welcoming. All the branches I have used over the years, hainault is now my go to branch.

Super kitchen!!

The store were extrememly helpful when choosing and deciding on our kitchen units and appliances. It was delivered on time and it was fitted by some great builders!! We are so pleased with the finished result!! Many thanks. Sue and Tony Whiteson

Laminate flooring

Good product I used many times. Helpful staff as always. Howdens should improve the IT system. If two customer accounts are from the same post code there is confusion and delay
