Tiffany was knowledgeable and helped us decide on what we needed. The units were purchased during the Red Rooster sale for a good price. Howdens had a good selection of fitted bedroom units compared to competitors such as Wicks and B&Q.

As a customer, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Eloise at Howdens. From start to finish, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered brilliant suggestions to make the most of my space. Nothing was too much trouble, and her communication throughout was excellent. The whole process felt easy and well-organised thanks to her support. The end result is a stunning kitchen that I absolutely love. Eloise truly went above and beyond—10/10 service. I’d highly recommend her to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Howdens No 1 in customer service!!

Purchased a Howdens kitchen 3 years ago. Howdens was recommended to me by my kitchen fitter so it was a no brainer. (No he wasn't on commission lol) We were extremely pleased with the quality and the price and of course looks. Unfortunately two weeks ago we had a weird occurrence. Without warning there was a loud bang from the kitchen and after looking around to see what it was I realised one the wall unit display door windows had completely shattered. Being toughened glass it was still intact but a mosaic of cracks. I removed the glass from the door and contacted Howdens as doors are covered with a 5 year guarantee. I spoke to Eloise at their Haverhill branch who was absolutely brilliant. Concerned, helpful and effective as my particular doors were no longer available as the design had changed. She organised me to have a brand new set of doors (in their new range of aluminium frosted glass doors which look fantastic) absolutely free of charge. The area sales person Tom even dropped them of to my property. I fitted them within the hour. I highly commend their first class honest after sales service and would recommend anyone to purchase their kitchen from Howdens.
