Extremely disappointed
Not sure where to start? 1. It’s been over a week and only part of my order has been delivered. 2. What’s delivered is mostly incorrect and it’s waiting for a replacement, but Howdens are not very keen on doing this. No one has spoken to us about it despite us flagging the issue in many emails, verbally at their store and to the drivers. 3. We never get a delivery info. Only just before the delivery someone quickly calls telling us that „soon” we will get our order. 4. Faulty elements are still waiting for the replacement as well. 5. First part of the delivery was done bu just one man and my husband, despite being busy at his work, needed to help the driver to unload the van. Never even we had a delivery from other companies in the UK which we needed to unload ourselves! 6. We were told that all would be delivered fully assembled. Only 3 sides of carcasses are assembled. The doors on any unit need to be done. This can be done, but just DON’T assure your clients that all is done and just need placing in the kitchen and adjusting. 5. It’s been almost a week when we were supposed to get the missing parts of the order and the rest, what’s wrong, replaced, and, we were told it was coming the same day, but nothing has happened, no one called and we know nothing about the status of our order. 6. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. 7. We were only happy at the design stage. After that all went wrong and no one seems to be keen to correct all the mistakes.
