Fantastic support and patience!…

We cannot fault the excellent service from Simon and the team at Howdens Hook. We gad so much help and advice. The showroom is very inviting and time was spent with us discussing a kitchen in great detail. Excellent service and wholly enjoyable experience!

Excellent

Excellent. Kitchen design was great, loads of options if we wanted to tweak and change. We made a last minute change of worktops and this was no problem. Customer service was also great.

Great Howdens team

We had a great experience at Hook Howdens - Lucy looked after us throughout the process, including a home visit to measure up and discuss our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and the designs and mock-ups were so realistic it made it super easy to see what the final fit out would look like. We are very happy with our new kitchen, it looks amazing - thank you Lucy and Howdens!

Lucy was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her patience and determination to make it work was fantastic. No matter what we threw at her, (and it was a lot), she came up trumps, nothing was too much trouble and we've ended up with a fabulous kitchen! Thank you Lucy!

Lucy was so helpful from start to finish

Lucy was so helpful from start to finish! She listened to the brief perfectly and delivered our dream kitchen and utility - thank you so much! Lucy was always there on the end of the phone, or responded quickly to emails when I had queries. She took a huge weight off my shoulders and was always the calming influence. The kitchen units themselves feel very good quality - I also love the colour options with classic designs.

Beautiful kitchens

Beautiful kitchens! super helpful and knowledgeable staff who took the time to come to our house and measure, help us plan and really listened to what we wanted, I felt confident we were in good hands and our new kitchen is perfection, we love it! Lucy listened and helped us plan a beautiful and practical kitchen that works for our family. Superb quality and excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

Excellent design and advice process from Lucy Spice in the Howdens depot in Hook. Lucy was extremely helpful, patient and technically proficient over the several months of the process until we finalised the design. We were very lucky to have Lucy guiding us.

We have recently installed a new kitchen

We have recently installed a new kitchen from Howdens in Hook, which we are delighted with. From start to finish it’s been seamless. The whole process was managed by Senior Kitchen designer Lucy Spice who has been the star of the show. From initial brief, design, project management and ongoing support Lucy has been instrumental in ensuring the whole process has gone like clockwork. Lucy has totally transformed the area with innovative design, cost effective solutions and ease of use. I would totally recommend Lucy to anyone considering changing their home. Thank you Lucy.

Howdens Hook

Howdens Hook have been extremely helpful and professional in their design and customer service. Lucy Spicer was our designer for our bedroom furniture. In the past wen also purchased our kitchen and appliances, also designed with Lucy. The delivery team were also great, being on time and courteous.

EXCELLENT!

Lucy the designer was excellent throughout the whole process. Did everything possible to work within my budget and was professional, efficient and communicated promptly. Delivery was exactly on schedule and again the two young men were courteous and very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Lucy Spice at Howdens Hook

We were lucky enough to land Lucy Spice as our kitchen designer. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I instantly liked and trusted her. Lucy was very patient with us, given that we had to stop/start our design. I had also heard from kitchen fitters that she was the best Howdens kitchen designer locally which backed my confidence in her. Unfortunately in the end, we went to an independent company who had competitive products/prices.

Great value, solid quality and responsive design service

We wanted a kitchen that provided good value and ergonomic design with our own design tweaks. Howdens initial design came out well against other full fit providers but the material package was a much more competitive cost. In addition, Emilie was very quick to make design mods and requotes and was the only one of several potential suppliers to be accommodating by incorporating a small peninsular we wanted in the design. Overall, the design service was excellent. Delivery of all materials was as agreed and with the exception of only one warped panel that was quickly replaced, everything was as it should have been. Templating for the worktops was very straightforward and the supplier again accommodated a specific curve on one worktop end without any fuss. Very pleased with the look and feel of the final kitchen that has been completed for a very competitive price with no feeling that quality has been compromised. The entire team in Howdens, Hook have always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
