Excellent designers (thanks to Kerry) first rate communications, easy to deal with, great price, great collection experience from the counter staff to the warehouse guys. Kitchen is of course just great quality.

Brilliant!
The first question on the review is - what made your experience great? My answer - Mel Love. From start to finish, Mel at the Inverness Howdens store was helpful, friendly and patient. I asked plenty of questions and requested numerous changes to the design of my kitchen and utility room, and Mel handled all of them efficiently and with a smile. She was always helpful and responded quickly to my queries, and made everything easier for me. I will definitely be recommending Howdens to anyone who will listen! Thank you!

Nothing is too much trouble at howdens , all the staff at the branch are friendly,accommodating and thrive on tip top customer service . The new show room is amazing and the trade counter is well stocked and has bloody good offers in the shelf . This is how other trade places should set there standards for service
