Congratulations to Howdens!!

Having recently moved into a new build house the integral fridge/freezer was not performing well. I called the local store of Howdens, I had no idea when the f/f was purchased, so I provided the details from an internal information plaque, the after sales team were excellent and traced all the information they required. An engineer called and decided that the f/f could not be mended and should be replaced. Today a new f/f was delivered by very polite team. Howdens will now contact an engineer to come to fit the f/f. I have been delighted with the professional, polite, knowledgeable way this process was handled. Well done, Howdens, NEWPORT, Isle of Wight. I can highly recommend them all.
