Bedroom wardrobes

We have just had wardrobes supplied by Howdens in Leckwith and we are extremely happy with the finished result. Really solid, easy to fit (by a carpenter), beautiful finish. The service from Leckwith was five star, Monique the designer understood what we needed, the manager was fantastic. It came complete, we bought an additional panel which arrived promptly.

Firstly I was given the wrong item

Firstly I was given the wrong item. Got in the van and checked and went back into the depot and was given the correct item. I then drove to the customers house installed the first set of door handles, when I opened the second box both handles were for the same side of the door. This meant I had to drive back to the depot and speak to the staff who were great and swapped them for a correct set of handles and apologised. Then I headed back to the customers house to fit them. I was very pleased with the staff at Leckwith, it wasn't their fault that the item in the box was wrong and they sorted it out with no hassles for me.

Excellent customer service

Dani was extremely helpful in planning the kitchen, as it was an inbuilt extension at the time she visited the property on a few occasions and came up with a few different ideas for us. We played around with the ideas until we chose the final plan. The help from the branch manager Anthony was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for him and the rest of the team. An excellent 5 star service all round.
