I recently visited Howdens Margate…

I recently visited Howdens Margate branch, and overall, it was a great experience. Walking in, I was immediately impressed by the tidy layout and the variety of products on display. The store had a wide selection of kitchen units, worktops, and cabinetry. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away, and the sales associate took the time to understand that I was there to complete my new account application. They walked me through how the account will work which was great. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. I bought some trug buckets with my £5 off voucher the rep had given me; the checkout process was quick and easy. All in all, my visit to Howdens was smooth and positive. I’ll definitely be returning for more supplies as i was of the option that Howdens only sold kitchens and doors but after talking to the rep and the store staff I was impressed with the range of items available now.

I’ve had a 100% positive experience sourcing my new kitchen from Howdens. Joanne was so knowledgeable and helpful during the planning process and was happy to make several amendments before I agreed a final design. She has also been happy to change items during the fitting process, nothing has been too much trouble. My kitchen is stunning and I definitely made the right choice choosing Howdens.
