As a professional tradesman

As a professional tradesman , and this is No criticism on any of your staff whom are the reason most of us go to your stores .I know a lot of people that use Howdens hate it when you enter one of your outlets ask for the best price possible and the staff come back with X you then say I can get it 50% cheaper at Y , you then come back with another price , we’re not the public and WE find it a little insulting. The product is good the staff are great and EVENTUALLY the prices are good . This was not done at my local branch but another one

All of the Staff at my local Howdens in…

All of the Staff at my local Howdens in New Romney are friendly, professional and very helpful. There is always a coffee pot on the go. It just makes it so easy to get what you need, irrespective of size or amount, this also includes going in for pricing items.

AMAZING 🤩 From start to finish our new kitchen experience was a delight with the help from the New Romney branch. Lovely friendly professional team, nothing was too much trouble, exceptional customer service. Highly recommend. A huge ‘Thank You’ to Joe for being so patient with us! Thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen.

Howdens New Romney

I had an outstanding experience at Howdens New Romney today! The customer service was truly top-notch—Leon staff member I interacted with had a friendly, “nothing is a problem” attitude. He went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such helpful and genuinely kind service these days. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for both quality products and excellent service!

Our kitchen exceeds expectation

We have just had a total reconstruction of our kitchen. We had brilliant builders who worked hand in glove with Howdens at New Romney to give us the best result ever. Jack and Joe were excellent . Polite, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. They came to the house twice to make sure everything was going smoothly and to plan. I really can’t thank them enough and Rob & Lewis Gooderham, the installers/ builders who took on this onerous task. We are delighted with the quality of the kitchen and would 1000% recommend Howdens for their personal and brilliant customer service.

Great Service and Product

We visited this store today too purchase some flooring. Leon served us. He went above and beyond too help us find the right flooring and colour which we did. His knowledge was good about other products we will purchase in the near future..
