Absolutely Delighted with Our New Kitchen

We couldn’t be happier with our experience, as Darren and Reece went above and beyond from start to finish. They took the time to really understand what we needed from our kitchen and made sure the design reflected our lifestyle perfectly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they were happy to do site visits, design changes, tweaks here and there they handled it all with patience and professionalism. They also made sure we got the best possible deal without compromising on quality, and the end result is a real show kitchen that we’re proud to have in our home. Great at selling you things when it…

Great at selling you things when it comes to returns they will come with 101 excuses I spent over 25k with Howdens and received 1 kitchen cabinet door damaged when i returned it they said they wouldn’t return it and clearly stated that i damaged the door all the staff got involved believe it or not and shared the same Opinion this is a joke . They lost a valuable client over one cabinet door haha what a joke I spent over 25k with these guys in one order .

Wrong cabinets wrong doors missing door…

Wrong cabinets wrong doors missing door missing deco end panels led lights wrong no connectors wrong drivers for led lights cost client more money because I have spent just short of 2 weeks for a 1 week job and still waiting for the deco end panel for the 800mm bridging unit AND CAN I JUST SAY THE KITCHEN WAS PURCHASED FROM OPENSHAW BRANCH AND NOT ASHTON

Went in for some new doors

Went in for some new doors. Ian in the warehouse was very helpful and also help do some jargon busting as well. Was really well treated and everyone went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend the Openshaw branch
