Ignored & gave alot off nothing
Well said give me new sink as the 1 I recieved was all scratches. I waited now for 3 weeks. Rang no time for me fobbed me off.so if you want get kitchen I'd advise go somewhere else.its so unfair we paid up front & a large amount & I can't even get another sink I didn't get to use.there is so many mistakes by both fitter & howdens .sadly I feel robbed with kitchen of my dreams nightmare. I agreed to take sink as it is somthing you use alot & very noticable. But no joy just crap excuses .nearly a month they new wot they were doing giving me alot of crap to stop me asking .so as I said go somewhere else if you have a dream

Howdens contacted me & it was a really good customer service. The man I spoke to is replacing my sink as a gesture of good will .we've to check all our appliances & if there are faults they are sending out an engineer. They have been very quick to respond & get a good outcome. Most is down to insulation faults so thank you Howdens

We bought an expensive kitchens from yourselves. The sink has scratches on it like some one was skating on it even before I got to use it.my washing machine brings clothes out warm no cold rinse.the door still catches.the extractor fan looks lovely but doesn't work kitchen is like a steam room when cooking .also don't see the vent were is suppost to come out from.under my cupboards have large gaps wires pushed up in.the fridge at every setting still has things coming out damp.it was suppose to be my dream that is what Ann who designed my kitchen said .nightmare. I have lots of pictures even before I used items because I thought might be good to have.when I complained guy came back did things like after 8 weeks put kick boards & lights in fixed the chip in one door tried stopping the other 2 doors from banging still not great .i can't go on if someone would like to see results very welcome.

Excellent service! Prompt arrival of order. Great advice and guidance from Andy at the St. Helens store. Immense choice available . Packaged well. Superb quality of doors and drawer covers. I shall definitely use Howdens again in future

Give them a miss
The fittings are fine but when I hit a problem they did not want to know, at the moment after spending the last of my saving in a new kitchen, I do not have a micro wave or an oven, they use. A contractor for the appliances and although I made it clear I wanted My appliances to be a well known and respected make The turned out to be just about the cheapest on the Market, sold to me under the name Lamona which is a Howden name they turn our to be made by Candy, no parts were available To fix the micro,four different Engineers called, I was told they did not replace then suddenly they decided To give me£256, replacement with a decent machine plus the surround plus labour £700, the oven? Turns out it was bashed about before placement, only discovered of course when I attempted To repair it

Design service
Just a thank you to Rob who designed our kitchen. He was extremely patient with me as I asked him to clarify many aspects of the design. He took me through each point and explained everything very clearly.
