I’m using Chingford ,Edmonton and Tottenham branches but last experience with Tottenham was terrible the staff in the counter is rude,the charge me 100£ on top my bill and when I asked for what she didn’t answer just asked me to call Howdens,the designer not really experience with the job,the whole staff looks like don’t want be there or don’t want sell anything to my customer ,I’m really disappointed with the company,overcharging for not quality kitchen anymore.last three kitchen I’m doing from Howdens this cabinets damage from factory,looks like ikea or b&q

Superb customer service
I needed a well designed and accessible kitchen for my elderly & disabled relative. I worked with Senal who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Senal understood the requirements, designed a kitchen which met all needs, and demonstrated superb customer service throughout the customer journey. When parts were missing, she quickly arranged for these to be collected and was thorough and diligent in all her communications. I will definitely work with Senal on future projects and highly recommend.
