A great experience from design to delivery. Many thanks to John for listening to my requirements and my input for my kitchen to come to life in his design. From a design on screen/printout to an actual kitchen really pleased with the end result.

Excellent service once again
My Husband has had an account for many years with Howdens and has always praised the service he has been given. Recently we purchased bedroom furniture for two bedrooms and have to say the quality was excellent. However our main reason for this review is to say how brilliant the service was from Lisa and Mark. Lisa was so professional in both the designing of the bedrooms and in the pricing of them, the warmth and friendliness of the service we received from the Chester branch was second to none. After accepting the designs created for us, all the furniture was delivered at the agreed time on the date arranged. Everything arrived perfectly, and both bedrooms were fitted by my Husband without a hitch. We cannot recommend Howdens Chester enough, and we cannot thank Lisa enough for her professionalism and expertise in dealing with our order. Brilliant service all round. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon.
