Recently had a kitchen with splashbacks…
Recently had a kitchen with splashbacks and we fitted them with the film side facing out and obviously think that was right it was herringbone design as we were told afterwards but never showed it on plan , just white phoned Annan branch to speak about it and they said its happened before a few times, so why have protective film on reverse side no sympathy or decent discount so the 2 kitchens ive done since then have been from Andersons and Wren not a happy chappy

Chilcomb Kitchen is Terrible
Bought the Chilcomb painted kitchen thinking it was going to be good quality. Half the first set of doors had to be replaced immediately because the paint finish was so poor. Subsequently the paint on the other doors started to wear off exposing the wood underneath. Despite months of waiting and promised from the branch following a review here nothing was ever done. I am left with an over-priced, sub standard kitchen that looks awful. The door panels are really flimsy too! Awful, awful products.

Can’t fault it
Kitchen Designer was friendly, communicated clearly with a high level of detail. In the store the staff were friendly and there was no issue at all returning a damaged Oven hood and getting a refund on spares following the kitchen fit. The kitchen fitter was brilliant, friendly funny and a perfectionist. 10/10 Matt and Louise
