Kitchen planning
Shelby came to measure up and did us two designs one for the kitchen as was and one if we were to knock through into a kitchen diner. Her vision for how it could look was the decider in us going ahead. She’s been extremely patient and helpful all the way through the process and always open to discuss the options and give an opinion based on her knowledge and experience. Kitchen is now in and finished and we love it. Thanks Shelby

The item I wanted was not in stock
The item I wanted was not in stock , had to collect from obscure Colchester depot that was nigh on impossible to locate then ontop of that , was sent to the Other branch in Colchester, was never told there is 2 branches in Colchester, wasted a whole morning time chasing my tail all because know one could do there job properly, so I feel that I am half day’s money out of pocket, cheers Howdens.

Great at selling you things when it comes to returns they will come with 101 excuses I spent over 25k with Howdens and received 1 kitchen cabinet door damaged when i returned it they said they wouldn’t return it and clearly stated that i damaged the door all the staff got involved believe it or not and shared the same Opinion this is a joke . They lost a valuable client over one cabinet door haha what a joke I spent over 25k with these guys in one order .

BnQ flooring does not move like howdens does never recommend anyone to buy…
Would never recommend anyone to buy Howdens vinyl flooring as all my end joints have popped after 3years ..OK where floor is covered with carpet but not on walked on areas ...had inspected through guarantee..what a waste of time that was ...guy who came determined to find fault ...came with case full of toys ...I knew straight away no satisfaction will be given here ...funny how it's ok under carpet
