We’ve just had our kitchen and appliances fitted and installed - and it looks incredible! We had the measurements taken, and the kitchen drawn up and designed by Katie at Howdens Bromsgrove who did an exceptional job. We had a huge space, with lots of requests and requirements, such as making as much use of the space as possible, certain colours as well as specific appliances. Katie did an absolutely superb job and the kitchen looks sensational! It’s exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier!!

An excellent service by Lee
An excellent service by Lee when choosing our kitchen. Lee was extremely polite and knowledgeable right from the initial home visit to when we went into the showroom to make the order. He answered any email questions promptly and was patient when we made changes to the design. He even added creative design changes that we hadn't considered. Would highly recommend him for excellent customer service.

Excellent planning by Rob Harvey.
Rob Harvey designed our kitchen and adapted it as our building work progressed. Nothing was too much trouble and he even advised our builders such that our kitchen fitted in perfectly. We are more than pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend Rob without hesitation. Excellent service! This is a bit belated but we really meant to do it a while ago but only just found somewhere to add comments.

Howdens Basildon - Fantastic service
I purchased a kitchen from Howdens Basildon branch. Absolutely fantastic service received from start to finish. I can't thank David Meade enough for the time and effort he put into helping me select a kitchen. His knowledge and experience was superb. His suggestions as to what would and wouldn't work in my small space were invaluable. I changed my mind a few times on the colour and kitchen range and he accommodated all of the changes without rushing me and did not pressure me to hurry at all. He was always pleasant and really friendly despite my indecision and nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed all the way through the process and now have a fantastic new kitchen with a layout and functionality more suited to my needs, thanks to David's suggestions. I can highly recommend Howdens.

We bought a stunning kitchen from Howdens slough. Our designer (Kuldip) was incredible throughout and the reason we chose howdens. From start to finish nothing was an issue and any small issues that we had, kuldip quickly resolved. We can’t recommend her enough and are delighted with the kitchen itself.
